SysmexK-1000
The Sysmex K-1000 is a fully automated quantitative hematology analyzer for in vitro diagnostic use in clinical laboratories. It provides quick, easy, and accurate screening for patients whose hematologic abnormalities indicate the need for further testing. Abnormal patient samples are separated from patient samples whose parameters are totally normal, thus decreasing the need for additional testing.
System Organization: The K-1000 consists of a Main Unit and a Pneumatic Unit. A PDA (Particle Size Distribution Analysis) unit model KPU-1 is an option. The main Unit includes the hydralic system, electronic system, and built in printer. A line printer and variety of peripheral data printers are also available as options.
Sysmex K-1000 Hematologic Parameters / White Blood Cell Count (WBC) / Red Blood Cell Count (RBC) / Hemoglobin Concentration (Hgb) / Hematocrit (Hct) / Mean Corpuscular Volume (MCV) / Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin (MCH) / Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin Concentration (MCHC) / Platelet Count (PLT). The electronic system also controls the test sequence, checks the test data, and performs quality control, all under microprocessor control. The built-in printer provides a hard copy of test results.

SysmexK4500
INTENDED PURPOSE
The Sysmex K-4500 is a fully automatic Hämatologie analyzer for in-vitroDiagnostik in clinical laboratories. It supplies fast reliable results of analysis for 18 parameters and additionally three histograms. On the integrated thermal printer the numeric results of measurement and the three histograms (for leukocytes, Erythrozyten and Thrombozyten) are spent. The K-4500 has a throughput of up to 80 samples per hour.
SYSTEM STRUCTURE
The K-4500 is compact, space-saving equipment, to which if necessary also a Sampler, a manual Cap jetty cerium and a map printer are attached.
OPTIONS
The following peripheral devices can be attached to the K-4500:
Sampler*
The Sampler contributes substantially to the efficiency and security in your laboratory, since the entire analysis process runs off fully automatic. Into the Sampler can be adjusted up to five racks with in each case up to ten sample tubes. The closed sample tubes are transported automatically to the K-4500, from which rack mixes taken and. Then becomes the cover durchstochen, which analyzes sample sucked in and.
Bar code reader
The bar code reader makes automation perfectly: It reads the bar code labels in on the racks and the sample tubes and transfers the ID numbers automatically to the K-4500.
Manual Cap jetty cerium (MCP) *
With the manual Cap you can exclude jetty cerium the risk of infection in your laboratory practically, since it makes the withdrawal from the closed sample tube possible. Into the MCP a closed, through-mixed sample tube is inserted; the cover then automatically durchstochen, sample sucked in and analyzed those.
Map printer printers DP-480, 490 and 510
The map printer is attached to the parallel interface of the K-4500. After pushing in a commercial printer map (with or without copies) the results of analysis are printed out.
Paper protection
This cover prevents that the paper from the thermal printer turns out for right part of the Samplers in and possibly disturbs rack transport there.
* Either the Sampler or the manual Cap jetty cerium can be only attached.
SPECIFICATION
The fully automatic Hämatologie analyzer K-4500 offers snaps and reliable results for 18 parameters and three additional histograms. Different measurement principles and reagents are used, in order to analyze and compute the eight parameters of the small blood picture, ten WBC Differenzierungsparameter and three histogram parameters.
In this chapter the specifications of the K-4500 are listed as well as the different measuring methods and the Flaggingsystem are explained. In addition you find a sample flow chart, and you are informed in detail about the sample river with the analyses of the individual parameters.
